Day 105

105-lunchHari ini menunya tumisan Sawi Putih, Kol , Tomat , Asparagus dan Tahu Putih di goreng dengan Olive Oil sedikit dan tanpa garam. Porsinya dibanyakin karena sekalian untuk sarapan.

Selingan Pisang 2 buah , Teh Oolong 2 cangkir, dan Kopi Goodday.

Malamnya pisang 1 buah dan 1 sdm madu.

Yuk ah semangat …
