Lunch:

  • 2 Butir telur rebus
  • Jagung Manis , tomat cherry , bayam 1/2 ikat

Snack sore:

  • 1 Cangkir Kopi Good Day
  • 1 buah pisang

Malam:

  • 1 Buah apel
