Hari – 3 (Fasting)

 Sahur

  • 6 sendok Oatmeal Instant
  • 1/2 kotak Susu Ultramilk Coklat
  • Keduanya dicampur dan didiamkan dari malam
  • 1/2 Pisang Sunpride

Buka puasa

  • Teh pucuk 1/2 botol
  • Tahu pong 2 biji

Makan malam

  • 1 Ubi cilembu
  • Buncis
  • Wortel
  • Brokoli
  • Terong ungu
  • Daging Sapi cincang tambahin bombay dan daun bawang , dibungkus alumunium foil kemudian dikukus.

Fiuh … Masih 16 hari lagi. Semangatt !!!
